Our Nordplus project, Bridging Minds and Cultures through Stories, will reach its grand finale during our last mobility in the breathtaking landscapes of Tröllaskagi, Iceland, from 4–11 October 2026.
Students from Oulu, Finland, and the European School of Tallinn, representing several European countries, are already eagerly looking forward to meeting their Icelandic host families and experiencing everyday life in the far north.
After arriving in Reykjavík, our journey continues with a seven-hour bus ride across the stunning Icelandic countryside to one of the country's northernmost destinations.
The week will offer exciting opportunities to explore the innovative distance-learning solutions of Tröllaskagi Upper Secondary School, discuss the opportunities and challenges of artificial intelligence, discover local fishing traditions, and experience some of Iceland's most spectacular natural wonders.
Most of all, however, we are looking forward to the unforgettable moments, adventures, and friendships that the Nordplus programme makes possible. Together, we continue building bridges between cultures, creating memories that will last a lifetime. 💕
